One plan. One accountable team.
One coordinated design plan
We plan the full outdoor space before construction starts so the layout, utilities, drainage, shade, lighting, and materials work together.
Specialized divisions working together
Pools, landscape, hardscape, lighting (AE LEDs), and glass fencing (Sonoran Glass & Fence) under one coordinated schedule.
Transparent planning and written scope
Realistic planning ranges early, written scope before construction, and the milestones documented in your signed proposal.
Local leadership and long-term support
Arizona-based team and ownership available after the build for warranty, care, and follow-up.
AE self-performs much of its work and coordinates qualified specialty trade partners where the project requires them.
We would rather build fewer exceptional projects than rush through more ordinary ones.
AE is not built around completing the highest possible number of projects each year. We intentionally manage project volume so our team can remain closely involved, ask better questions, coordinate the different parts of the property, and make decisions based on how you will actually use the space.
That approach is not about making a project unnecessarily expensive. It is about investing in the right features, materials, layout, and construction decisions so the finished space feels natural, functions properly, and remains enjoyable long after construction is over.
Designed around your life
Your family, routines, entertaining style, maintenance preferences, property, and long-term plans shape the design.
Planned as one environment
Pools, landscape, hardscape, shade, kitchens, lighting, glass, utilities, drainage, and circulation are considered together.
Built for long-term enjoyment
The goal is not only a strong first impression. It is an outdoor space that remains practical, comfortable, and enjoyable over time.
Every project begins with a fit review. We consider the property, scope, location, timing, investment preparation, and whether AE's integrated approach is the right match for what you want to create.

Design and scope
We review site conditions, draft a plan, and put materials, scope, and a realistic range in writing.
Approve selections and agreement
Finalize selections, scope, milestones, and sign the proposal that controls your project.
Build with documented communication
Coordinated schedule, documented project updates at appropriate milestones, and one point of contact through construction.
Final walkthrough and care
Walk the finished space together; we explain how to use, maintain, and care for every feature.
In-house craft
Why AE controls more of the process.
AE self-performs much of its work and prepares many project-specific systems internally, including specialty lighting and glass-related scopes where applicable. That can require more coordination before and during construction, but it helps protect quality, fit, finish, and accountability.
When specialized licensing, engineering, equipment, or product expertise is required, AE coordinates qualified specialty partners as part of the approved scope.
Equipment & logistics
Built with the equipment to do the work.
AE owns and operates much of the equipment and trailers needed for common outdoor-living construction phases, including excavation, hauling, grading, material movement, staging, and site preparation. That gives our team more control over mobilization and field readiness, especially on larger or multi-phase projects.
Specialty equipment, outside trucking, engineering, licensed trade partners, inspections, and third-party resources may still be required depending on the project.
Honest numbers before you sign.
We publish realistic planning ranges by service in our pricing guide. Site conditions, selections, engineering, access, permits, and scope all affect final pricing — your written proposal controls the actual investment.
Ranges last reviewed June 2026. See /pricing-guide for the most current numbers.
