What's wrong with your lawn, plant, or pool?
Snap a photo. Our Arizona-trained AI specialist identifies the problem and generates a real treatment plan — calibrated to Phoenix-metro soil, water, and climate. Free. No login. Honest answers — including when a photo isn't enough.
Conceptual guidance only. It does not replace an onsite inspection, engineering review, code review, safety inspection, or warranty evaluation.
Accepted: PNG, JPG, WEBP. Max size: 10 MB.
How we process it: Your photo is read by our AI model to suggest likely causes and a treatment plan. Your file is sent to our AI provider for this single request and is not stored on AE servers. By uploading, you confirm you have the right to share the file and consent to this processing.
Do not upload documents containing Social Security numbers, full payment card numbers, or other sensitive personal information.

Photos are processed for diagnosis only — they're not stored unless you submit a "Fix it for me" request. AE Outdoor Living serves residential and commercial properties across the Phoenix metro.
Diagnosis
How it works
How does the AI diagnosis work?
You snap or upload a photo of the problem — a brown spot on the lawn, a wilting plant, cloudy pool water, calcium-stained tile. Our model identifies the visible symptoms, ranks likely causes against Arizona-specific conditions (caliche soil, hard water, monsoon dust, intense UV), and returns a plain-English diagnosis with a treatment plan.
Is this a substitute for an in-person inspection?
No. Photos can help identify many common visible outdoor issues, but soil testing, water-chemistry testing, root inspection, equipment diagnostics, structural concerns, safety issues, and code questions still require an on-site professional evaluation. This tool is informational only — not a professional inspection, engineering evaluation, warranty decision, or licensed contractor opinion.
What can it diagnose well?
Plant issues: spider mites, aphids, agave snout weevil, palm fusarium, sunburn, overwatering, underwatering, iron chlorosis, salt burn, fungal leaf spot, fire blight. Lawn: brown patch, dollar spot, dog spots, scalping, grub damage. Pool: algae blooms (green/yellow/black), high calcium scaling, low chlorine, phosphate-fueled cloudiness, surface staining.
What can't it diagnose?
Subsurface root rot, irrigation leaks underground, structural pool issues (cracked shell, bond failure), equipment-pad electrical problems, and anything where the symptom hasn't surfaced yet. We'll always say when the photo isn't enough.
Does AE actually do these treatments?
Yes. We provide ongoing landscape maintenance, plant health care, lawn service, pool cleaning + chemistry, and pool equipment service across Phoenix metro. The 'Fix it for me' button starts the consultation — we don't auto-charge anything.
