A tighter Verrado lot with a private community design-review submittal. Equipment placement and the turf-vs-paver split were planned around the home's existing footprint. The association controls its own standards, review, and timing.
We designed a plunge pool sized for the courtyard, framed by paver decking that flows to a turf play area. Lighting was layered low-glare so the space stays warm at night without spilling over the fence.
Sized for the lot — easier to heat, cool, and maintain than an oversized build.
