SMS Terms & Conditions
By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive recurring text messages from AE Outdoor Living. These terms govern that program.

1. Program description
AE Outdoor Living sends two categories of text messages:
- Transactional / project messages: appointment reminders, project updates, schedule changes, document requests, and replies from your account manager. These are sent in response to your specific request or project.
- Marketing messages: promotions, events, new services, and educational content. Sent only with your express opt-in consent on a form that includes this disclosure.
2. How to opt in
You opt in by checking the SMS-consent box on one of our forms, by texting START to a number we've provided, or by giving verbal/written consent during a consultation. Opting in is never required to purchase any product or service.
3. How to opt out
You can cancel the marketing SMS program at any time. Reply STOP to any message and you'll receive one final confirmation. After that, no more marketing texts will be sent. To rejoin, opt in again through any form or text START.

5. Message frequency
Message frequency varies. Transactional messages are sent as events occur on your project. Marketing messages are typically limited to 4 per month or fewer.
6. Costs
Message and data rates may apply. AE does not charge for the messages, but your mobile carrier may. Contact your carrier with questions about your plan.
7. Supported carriers
Our program is compatible with all major US carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, US Cellular, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Privacy
Your phone number is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing.
9. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older, the account holder or have account-holder permission, and based in the United States to enroll.
10. Changes
We may modify or terminate the program at any time, with or without notice. Material changes will be communicated by text or email.
