1. Program name & sender identity

Program name: AE Outdoor Living Alerts. Sender: Advant-Edge Decorative Curbing & Landscaping, Inc., doing business as AE Outdoor Living. Every marketing message includes "AE Outdoor Living" in the sender identification or message body, and every message includes opt-out instructions.

2. Program description

AE Outdoor Living sends two categories of text messages:

• Transactional / project messages: appointment reminders, project updates, schedule changes, document requests, and replies from your account manager. These are sent in response to your specific request or project.
• Marketing messages: promotions, events, new services, and educational content. Sent only with your prior express written consent on a form that includes this disclosure.

3. How to opt in

You opt in by checking the SMS-consent box on one of our forms (which appears alongside a link to these SMS Terms and our Privacy Policy), by texting START, YES, or UNSTOP to a number we have provided, or by giving verbal or written consent during a consultation that is separately documented. Consent to marketing SMS is not required to purchase any product or service.

4. How to opt out

You can cancel the marketing SMS program at any time. Reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any message and you'll receive one final confirmation. After that, no more marketing texts will be sent. To rejoin, opt in again through any form or text START.

6. Message frequency

Message frequency varies. Transactional messages are sent as events occur on your project. Marketing messages are typically limited to 4 per month or fewer.

7. Quiet hours

Marketing messages are sent only between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. in the recipient's local time zone, consistent with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and FCC guidance. Transactional messages tied to a scheduled appointment or active project may be sent outside those hours when necessary (for example, a same-day schedule change).

8. Costs

Message and data rates may apply. AE does not charge for the messages, but your mobile carrier may. Contact your carrier with questions about your plan.

9. Supported carriers

Our program is compatible with all major US carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, US Cellular, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, Google Fi, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

10. Privacy & no sharing of opt-in data

Your phone number is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors, service providers, or lenders is limited to what is necessary to deliver the service you requested (for example, a project subcontractor confirming a jobsite time), and those parties are not permitted to use your phone number for their own marketing. All other categories of use are governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older, the account holder or have account-holder permission, and based in the United States to enroll.

10. Changes

We may modify or terminate the program at any time, with or without notice. Material changes will be communicated by text or email.
