Actual AE ProjectBuild a true after-dark backyard — one that performs visually under color-changing light, with water features, fire, shade, and a covered entertainment ramada all reading as a single resort composition.
Coordinating multiple water features (pool, raised spa spillways, sheer-descent rain curtain) on a single equipment pad, sequencing the stacked-stone ramada and infinity-edge spa as one structural pour, and tuning the color-changing pool, spa, landscape, and shade-sail lighting on independent scenes.
AE master-planned the yard around the ramada-and-spa core, then worked outward to the pool, paver decks, and landscape zones. One AE crew owned excavation, plumbing, stone, plaster, lighting, and the rain-curtain pump system — every feature lands on one controller so the homeowner runs the whole yard from a phone.
Sheer-descent water curtain framed by stacked-stone columns, outdoor TV, and linear fireplace.
Spillway tuned for quiet ambient sound, with a built-in fire trough between spa and pool.
Full-spectrum LEDs in pool, spa, and shade sails — every zone on its own scene.
Covered entertainment zone with mounted TV, fireplace, and ledger-stone columns.
Recreation built into the architecture, not bolted on after.
Daytime shade structures designed to glow under uplighting at night.
Backyards that look this good at night are designed for night first. We lit every feature before we picked finishes — that's why the rain curtain, spa edge, and shade sails all photograph this cleanly under color.
