Fire walls / linear ribbons
Modern fire ribbon set into a clean wall — minimal, architectural. $8K–$25K depending on length and material.
Code
AZ gas-fire features need a permitted gas line, shut-off valve within 6 ft, and minimum 10 ft clearance from any combustible structure. We handle permits and inspections on every build.
