This isn't a cost. It's an investment.
The figures on this page are real and we don't hide them — that's how AE operates. Treat them as planning ranges, not a site-specific quote. Your actual scope and price depend on design, site conditions, materials, and the work each written proposal includes.
When you compare proposals, compare what each includes — the scope, the materials, the exclusions, the warranty terms, and how changes are handled — not just the price tag. A lower total can reflect different scope, so ask each builder to clarify the differences.

Where we install in Paradise Valley
Camelback Mountain, Mummy Mountain, Clearwater Hills, Cheney Estates, Casa Blanca and the resort corridor — plus the surrounding neighborhoods. Every project is field-measured after approval and each panel is individually sized and ordered for your exact layout, so a Paradise Valley install is a custom-built system, not an off-the-shelf fence kit.
What a Paradise Valley glass fence costs
- Installed glass fencing: generally $225–$325 per linear foot.
- Gates, specialty glass systems, upgraded glass and custom hardware are quoted separately after the layout and specifications are confirmed.
- Footing work, where an approved structural detail requires it, is an add-on: typically $75–$100 per linear foot in open or new areas, or $110–$125 per linear foot where pavers, turf or similar finish must be removed and reinstalled.
- These are planning ranges, not quotes. Measured conditions, access, restoration, the approved structural detail and the signed scope control final pricing.

What we verify before hardware is specified
- The structural substrate under the fence line — slab, bond beam or engineered footing. Never pavers, sand setting bed or ABC alone.
- Whether the deck is post-tension. AE will not drill a post-tension slab without written homeowner permission plus documented tendon locating such as an appropriate scan or clear professional marking.
- Panel layout, gate placement and sightlines, measured on site.
- Paradise Valley reviews hillside and lot-coverage conditions differently than the surrounding cities, and many properties also sit under private community guidelines.
Barrier points to confirm for your Paradise Valley property
- Required barrier height, confirmed with the Town of Paradise Valley or the applicable AHJ. AE's planning baseline is five feet.
- Vertical gap limits between panels, as confirmed for your project — a 4-inch sphere is the figure commonly cited.
- Bottom gap between glass and deck, held to the limit confirmed for your project.
- Self-closing and self-latching gate operation, with latch placement, shielding and release height confirmed for your project.
- A top edge that does not offer a handhold or foothold for climbing.
- No barrier replaces active adult supervision — always watch children around water and use layers of protection.
