AE provides a two-year workmanship warranty unless a signed agreement states otherwise. Manufacturer warranties apply where applicable and vary by product. Your signed agreement and manufacturer documentation control coverage.
Permit and HOA responsibilities are defined in the signed proposal. When included in AE's written scope, our team may prepare, coordinate, or submit applicable documents and inspections. Approval remains subject to the governing authority or association.
Most contracting work valued at $1,000 or more — or requiring a permit — must be performed by a properly licensed contractor, subject to Arizona statutory exemptions. Customers should verify licenses with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors.
