I understand that submitting a warranty request does not automatically mean the issue is covered by warranty. AE will review the signed scope, warranty terms, photos, maintenance history, manufacturer information, and site conditions before determining coverage. I understand that non-covered inspections, repairs, replacements, service visits, diagnostics, or trip charges may be billable. I confirm that the information submitted is accurate to the best of my knowledge. I confirm that I have disclosed whether any third party, homeowner, landscaper, pool service company, utility company, tenant, property manager, or other contractor has worked on, serviced, repaired, modified, cleaned, or affected the item or area involved in this request. I understand that lack of maintenance, improper maintenance, misuse, neglect, third-party work, hidden conditions, acts of nature, vandalism, terrorism, or damage outside AE's contracted scope may affect or prevent warranty coverage. I understand that the warranty version applicable to my project may be the version incorporated into my signed agreement, proposal, closeout packet, or project-specific warranty document. I understand that AE must be given a reasonable opportunity to inspect the claimed issue before warranty coverage is determined. I understand that if I repair, remove, replace, modify, demolish, drain, clean, acid wash, pressure wash, cut, relocate, dispose of, or otherwise alter the affected item before AE has a reasonable opportunity to inspect it, warranty coverage may be denied or limited. I understand that required maintenance may be performed by me, AE, or another qualified provider, but I may be required to provide proof that maintenance was performed. I understand that AE may determine the reasonable remedy for a covered warranty issue and that warranty coverage does not automatically entitle me to full replacement, upgraded materials, redesign, refund, or replacement of unrelated work. I understand that exact color, texture, sheen, dye lot, plant shape, growth habit, glass clarity, hardware finish, LED tone, paver shade, stone pattern, or finish match is not guaranteed when replacement is appropriate. I understand that website content, AI tools, chat responses, emails, texts, verbal statements, marketing content, photos, examples, estimates, troubleshooting suggestions, and informal communication do not expand, modify, or create warranty coverage unless incorporated into a written agreement signed by an authorized AE representative.
