A note on the numbers

This isn't a cost. It's an investment.

The figures on this page are real and we don't hide them — that's how AE operates. But we want to be honest about how to read them. Your office or retail paver project isn't a line-item expense; it's an investment in your home's value, your family's daily experience, and a space you'll use for the next twenty to thirty years.

When you compare bids, compare what you're investing in — the spec, the crews, the warranty, the company that will still be standing in year ten — not just the price tag. The lowest bid is almost always the most expensive build over time.

Office & retail

Office & Retail Pavers Arizona.

Plaza entries, tenant patios, courtyards, outdoor break areas, wayfinding bands, tree-well surrounds, and monument entries across office parks, medical office buildings, retail centers, and mixed-use developments in Arizona. Off-hours install, PM-coordinated, ADA compliant.

The honest version: Office and retail paver work fails when the crew treats it like a residential patio — no phasing around store hours, no ADA landing at every entry, no root barrier at tree wells (heaves in 3 years), and 60mm pedestrian pavers where a service truck rolls. AE runs commercial protocol: PM-coordinated phasing, off-hours in retail zones, root-barrier detail at every tree well, and vehicular pavers anywhere a wheel touches.

FAQ

Common questions.

Plaza entries, tenant patios, courtyard remodels, outdoor break areas, wayfinding-band pavers, tree-well surrounds, ADA transitions, and monument entries across office parks, medical office buildings, retail centers, and mixed-use developments in Arizona.

Yes. Off-hours or overnight work in retail and F&B zones, weekend windows for office parks, temporary walk paths and barricades that keep customer and employee circulation intact, and coordination with property management or the anchor tenant on any zone that affects storefront visibility.

Very well with the right base. Plaza entries and high-traffic tenant patios get 3–4 inches of compacted ABC, 60mm concrete pavers (or 80mm at any zone touched by service vehicles), polymeric joint sand, and steel or heavy PVC edge restraint. Individual units can be lifted and re-set if a utility repair or tenant remodel requires access — no saw-cut concrete demo.

Yes. Contrasting-color paver bands for wayfinding, tenant-frontage delineation, and ADA truncated-dome integration. Custom color runs available from Belgard, Pavestone, Techo-Bloc, and Acker-Stone with 6–10 week lead — we spec around lead times in the bid.

Tree-well surrounds with root-barrier detail, permeable paver bands under canopy for infiltration credit, and coordination with the landscape architect on irrigation, uplight, and grate integration. Root-barrier and expansion detail written into the bid to prevent future paver heaving.
