A note on the numbers

This isn't a cost. It's an investment.

The figures on this page are real and we don't hide them — that's how AE operates. But we want to be honest about how to read them. Your HOA or multifamily paver project isn't a line-item expense; it's an investment in your home's value, your family's daily experience, and a space you'll use for the next twenty to thirty years.

When you compare bids, compare what you're investing in — the spec, the crews, the warranty, the company that will still be standing in year ten — not just the price tag. The lowest bid is almost always the most expensive build over time.

HOA & multifamily

HOA & Multifamily Pavers Arizona.

Common-area walkways, entry monuments, pool decks, ADA transitions, mailbox pads, clubhouse plazas — bid on written phasing schedules that align with reserve studies and property-management workflows across HOA and multifamily communities in Arizona.

The honest version: HOA paver work fails when a residential contractor treats it like a big backyard — no COI to the management company, no phasing, walkways closed with no ADA alternative, and no lien releases at each draw. AE runs commercial protocol: additional-insured COI, weekly PM update, 48-hour resident notice, temporary ADA walk paths, and per-phase draw releases. Base spec on common-area walkways is 3–4 inches of compacted ABC over compacted subgrade, 1 inch bedding sand, polymeric joint sand — no quarter minus, no shortcuts.

FAQ

Common questions.

Common-area walkways and paths, entry monuments, mailbox pads, pool decks and pool coping replacement, clubhouse plazas, ADA ramps and transitions, courtyard remodels, and phased sidewalk replacement across the community. Bids come with per-building or per-phase pricing so the board or property manager can align with the reserve study.

Yes — we source from Belgard, Pavestone, Techo-Bloc, Acker-Stone, and Best Block, so most existing HOA installs can be matched or an approved alternate specified. When the original paver is discontinued (common on 15+ year communities), we bring a sample board of the closest match and let the board or ARC approve.

Yes. AE runs commercial jobs on written phasing schedules, weekly PM updates, additional-insured COI to the HOA/management company, and lien releases at each draw. Bids can be structured to align with reserve-study line items (walkways year 1, pool deck year 2, mailbox pads year 3).

Temporary ADA-compliant walk paths, dust and barricade control, weekend or off-hours work in high-traffic zones, and door hangers or PM-sent email notice 48 hours before any resident's unit is affected. On multifamily we phase so no resident loses walk access to their door.

All AE common-area walkway installs meet ADA — cross slope no greater than 2%, running slope no greater than 5% without ramp treatment, detectable warnings at vehicular transitions where required, and level landings at doors. We flag existing non-compliant conditions in the bid so the HOA sees what needs correction.

Yes — general liability, workers' comp, and auto, with the HOA and management company added as additional insured on the COI before mobilization. Coverage limits sized to the community's threshold. Bonds available on request for large-value contracts.
