- —Victory lots are tight — we use 3D design to make sure every inch of the yard works before we break ground.
- —Victory exterior modifications go through the community's own design-review process, separately from any municipal review. Where that coordination is offered, accepted, and assigned in the signed scope, AE prepares and submits the assigned documents — the association decides approval and controls its own timing.

AE pulls permits in our ROC license — never yours — and prepares the Victory at Verrado HOA package where required.

One AE crew, one project manager, weekly schedule updates. Punch list cleared before final payment.
