A note on the numbers

This isn't a cost. It's an investment.

The figures on this page are real and we don't hide them — that's how AE operates. But we want to be honest about how to read them. Your hospitality paver project isn't a line-item expense; it's an investment in your home's value, your family's daily experience, and a space you'll use for the next twenty to thirty years.

When you compare bids, compare what you're investing in — the spec, the crews, the warranty, the company that will still be standing in year ten — not just the price tag. The lowest bid is almost always the most expensive build over time.

Hospitality

Hospitality Pavers Arizona.

Hotel motor courts, resort pool decks, restaurant patios, event lawns, wedding-venue plazas, breweries, country clubs, and boutique-hotel entries across Arizona. Vehicular-rated spec on drive lanes, cool-fired materials on guest zones, and phased installs so operations never stop.

The honest version: Hospitality paver work fails when a residential spec meets vehicular loads — 60mm pedestrian pavers at a valet drop-off, PVC edge restraint spiked into ABC where trucks turn, no drainage detail at splash zones. AE writes hospitality assemblies for the actual load: 80mm vehicular pavers over 6–8 inches ABC at motor courts, steel edge restraint at valet turns, cool-fired materials guest-side, and phased demo so the property never closes.

FAQ

Common questions.

Hotel and resort motor courts, valet drop-offs, entry aprons, pool decks, cabana lawns, event patios, restaurant patios and outdoor dining, wedding-venue plazas, brewery and taproom outdoor space, and country-club cart paths and short-game surrounds across Arizona.

Yes — with the right assembly. Motor courts and porte-cochères get 6–8 inches of compacted ABC, 80mm concrete pavers rated for vehicular use, vehicular-rated edge restraint (steel or heavy PVC spiked into concrete haunch), and a herringbone or interlocking pattern that resists rutting from repeated wheel loads. Never spec 60mm pedestrian pavers where a valet drives.

Cooler than concrete or stamped concrete, no cracking that becomes a slip-and-fall claim, and individual units can be lifted and re-set if a spa leak or plumbing repair requires access. Travertine or cool-fired concrete pavers stay noticeably cooler underfoot in July. Poolside spec always includes polymeric joint sand and engineered drainage so splash-out sheets away.

Yes. Phased demo and install, off-hours work (overnight for restaurants, low-noise windows for hotels), covered staging where the operator requires, and coordinated barricades that keep guest circulation intact. GM or F&B director gets the phase schedule with the bid.

AE 2-year workmanship warranty (settlement, edge failure, joint sand blowout under normal use), plus the paver manufacturer's structural warranty — typically 25 years to lifetime on concrete pavers, lifetime on natural stone. Sealant warranty tracks the sealant manufacturer. Warranty registration delivered at closeout.

Water-conservation rebates from SRP, EPCOR, and several municipalities can apply when pavers replace irrigated turf in courtyards or event lawns. AE walks ownership through eligibility during design. Rebate paperwork submitted with as-built at closeout.
