AE Outdoor Guardian gives you a private Outdoor Living Command Center for your front yard, backyard, pool, landscape, irrigation, lighting, glass, hardscape, outdoor kitchen, fire features, warranties, documents, maintenance reminders, troubleshooting, and service requests.

Step-by-step

From signup to your first Outdoor Living Health Report

    Choose your membership

    Select the plan that fits your property and how much support you want.

    Create your private account

    Set up your login and access your secure Outdoor Living Command Center.

  3. 03

    Add your property

    Add your address, outdoor areas, access notes, and property details.

  4. 04

    Add outdoor areas

    Organize your property by front yard, backyard, side yard, pool area, patio, outdoor kitchen, lighting zones, irrigation zones, and more.

  5. 05

    Add equipment and outdoor features

    Track pool equipment, irrigation controllers, lighting transformers, glass, hardscape, outdoor kitchen appliances, fire features, water features, turf, drainage, and more.

  6. 06

    Save model numbers and serial numbers

    Store the information you may need later for service, warranty support, repairs, or replacement.

  7. 07

    Upload photos and documents

    Add photos, warranties, manuals, care instructions, invoices, project documents, and service records.

  8. 08

    Get smart reminders

    Receive reminders for seasonal irrigation, rain and storm prep, pool run schedules, salt cells, filter cleaning, turf care, sprinkler and drip checks, and warranty expirations. Choose email, text, or portal-only — and turn off optional reminders any time.

    Connect manuals and care guides

    AI-assisted lookup helps connect manuals, care guides, maintenance tips, and warranty resources to the right asset once model and serial numbers are added. Official manufacturer resources are preferred.

    Request service or priority scheduling

    Submit service requests with photos and details, flag urgent concerns, and request priority intake based on your plan. Portal submissions do not guarantee emergency response.

    Use member benefits

    Active members may receive 10% off eligible AE services. Some exclusions apply.

    Project Handoff Setup (new AE customers)

    AE staff can preload your Command Center with equipment, warranties, model numbers, and care instructions before you activate.

    Upload monthly photos if your plan includes reports

    Guardian Plus and Guardian Pro members can upload photos for monthly review.

    View your Outdoor Living Health Report

    Get a clear report showing what looks good, what needs attention, and what AE recommends next.
