A note on the numbers

This isn't a cost. It's an investment.

The figures on this page are real and we don't hide them — that's how AE operates. But we want to be honest about how to read them. Your office or rooftop turf project isn't a line-item expense; it's an investment in your home's value, your family's daily experience, and a space you'll use for the next twenty to thirty years.

When you compare bids, compare what you're investing in — the spec, the crews, the warranty, the company that will still be standing in year ten — not just the price tag. The lowest bid is almost always the most expensive build over time.

Office, Corporate & Rooftop

Office & Rooftop Artificial Turf Arizona.

Corporate courtyards, roof decks, entry monuments, and office break-out spaces across the Phoenix metro. Non-penetrating systems over existing roof membranes, engineered drainage-layer bases on structural decks, and cooler-blade turf so the space is actually usable in summer.

The honest version: Rooftop turf and office-deck turf are engineering jobs, not landscaping jobs. Weight, drainage plane, and roof-warranty pass-through drive every decision. Standard 'over concrete' turf installs that skip the drainage layer cook the underside and back up water at the scuppers. AE installs the drainage mat, coordinates with the building engineer, and documents the system for the owner's roof-warranty file.

FAQ

Common questions.

Yes. Rooftop and over-concrete installs use a drainage-layer base (dimpled drainage mat or engineered drainage tile) instead of an aggregate base, so water sheets to existing scuppers and drains without loading the deck with weight. We coordinate with the building engineer or GC on load, drainage plane, and warranty pass-through on the roof membrane.

Yes. Courtyards, break-out lawns, roof decks, entry monuments, and employee outdoor spaces across the Phoenix metro. Cooler-blade turf and antimicrobial infill so employees can actually use the space in summer.

Common request. We build corporate putting greens on office decks and courtyards with matched cup-and-fringe spec and speeds targeting 9–11 on the Stimpmeter — same standard as our residential greens.

Not when specified and installed correctly. We install non-penetrating systems over the existing membrane with drainage mats that preserve the roof warranty. Any penetration would be coordinated with the roofing manufacturer's approved detail.

Drainage mat or engineered drainage tile under the turf routes water to the existing roof scuppers and drains. The turf backing is fully perforated. Nothing pools.

Bid your office or rooftop turf.

Send drawings, roof spec, or a walk request. AE returns a coordinated bid — system, drainage, weight, warranty — in 5–10 business days.
