A note on the numbers

This isn't a cost. It's an investment.

The figures on this page are real and we don't hide them — that's how AE operates. But we want to be honest about how to read them. Your hospitality permanent-lighting project isn't a line-item expense; it's an investment in your home's value, your family's daily experience, and a space you'll use for the next twenty to thirty years.

When you compare bids, compare what you're investing in — the spec, the crews, the warranty, the company that will still be standing in year ten — not just the price tag. The lowest bid is almost always the most expensive build over time.

Hospitality

Hospitality Permanent Lighting Arizona.

Hotel motor courts, resort facades, restaurant patios, banquet entries, event-lawn edging, and rooftop bars — permanent trim lighting bid on phased schedules so rooms, F&B, and events keep running through install.

The honest version: Hospitality lighting lives or dies on the scene stack. A property doesn't want a phone app — it wants an iPad or keypad where an F&B lead taps 'Dinner service' and every fixture on the patio hits the right color and dim level. AE commissions every scene with the operator present, documents it in a written scene book, and trains staff before turnover so lighting doesn't break the first time the manager takes a vacation.

  • All scenes scheduled or triggered on demand.
04

FAQ

Common questions.

Hotel motor courts and porte-cochères, resort facades and pool cabanas, restaurant patio perimeters, banquet and event-venue entries, event-lawn edging, and rooftop-bar parapets. Bids are structured for phased install so rooms, F&B, and events stay operational.

Front-of-house gets scene keypads or iPad triggers; back-of-house gets no lighting responsibility. Every scene (arrival, dinner service, event, late-night, closed) is programmed, tested, and documented in a written scene book turned over to the GM at closeout.

Yes on newer controllers with REST API or dry-contact triggers — LED scenes can fire from POS, PMS, event stack, or an on-site iPad. Integration is scoped and priced separately with the property's low-voltage integrator during commissioning.

Every hospitality scene is programmed to a hex/RGB spec — brand red, brand blue, warm white for arrival, dimmed amber for late night — and locked into a scene the operator triggers with one tap. Brand-standard color programming is included in every commercial commissioning package.

AE 2-year workmanship warranty plus the manufacturer's structural warranty on modules, channel, and controller (varies by selected product — typically 5–10 years). Warranty registration and documentation delivered at closeout with the scene book.

Yes — general liability, workers' comp, and auto, with the hotel/ownership entity added as additional insured on the COI before mobilization. Coverage limits sized to the property's threshold. Bonds available on request.
