- Tracked by AE Client Care from completion forward.
- Service requests routed through /warranty-assistant or /support.
Manufacturer coverage
- Pavers, equipment, lighting, and structural products carry the manufacturer's published warranty.
- Registrations are completed at handover where required.
- We help homeowners file manufacturer claims; the manufacturer issues the decision.
