The team

The people behind your AE backyard.

Designers, project managers, AE crews, aftercare, and our trade desk — one accountable team from your first sketch through every year you own the yard.

Meet the team

The people behind the work.

Customers do not hire a logo. They hire the people who listen, plan, coordinate, build, document, solve problems, and support the project after completion.

Role-based bios shown below — expanded personal stories, quotes, and full profile pages are reserved for documented owner and employee approval.

Roles on every project

Who does what — and who you can call.

Design

Senior designers translate how you actually live outside into a buildable master plan — layouts, materials, shade angles, sightlines, and 3D where it helps you decide.

Project Management

A named project manager owns your build from permit to punch list. One number to call, documented project updates at appropriate milestones, and a real schedule you can plan around. Communication cadence is established during project setup.

AE Crews

AE self-performs the majority of every project — hardscape, shade, lighting, glass, finish work, and pool sequencing. Select trade partners handle rebar, excavation, gunite, and pool interior finish.

Aftercare & Warranty

After handoff, you don't go to voicemail. Our aftercare desk handles warranty calls, equipment registrations, and the small adjustments every new backyard needs in year one.

Trade Desk

Realtors, designers, architects, and builders get a dedicated contact — co-presented meetings, transparent pricing, and clean jobsites that respect your reputation.

Sonoran Glass & Fence & AE LEDs

Two of the most-visible finishes in any backyard — frameless glass and architectural lighting — are designed and produced by AE-owned sister brands.

How we work

Principles the whole team operates on.

One accountable team

Design, build, and aftercare live under one roof. No finger-pointing between a designer, a builder, and a service company you've never met.

Senior people on every project

You meet the people who will actually make decisions on your build — not a junior salesperson who hands you off after signing.

Plain English, real numbers

We publish pricing ranges, payment schedules, and warranty terms before you ask. If we don't know yet, we say so.

Communication promise

Documented project updates at appropriate milestones during build, aftercare response within published targets, and a designated PM who answers their phone.

Meet the team in person.

Visit the Peoria showroom for a one-on-one walkthrough with a senior designer — or have us come to you for an on-site design consultation. Either way, you meet the people who will actually be on your project.
