Check HFS first while you plan.
The HFS inquiry takes about 60 seconds and uses a soft credit check, so checking your options does not affect your credit score. A soft-credit inquiry is not an application: a full application, underwriting, approval, and funding involve additional steps with the lender, and may include a hard credit inquiry.
HFS connects homeowners with participating third-party lenders. HFS is not a lender, and neither is AE Outdoor Living.
