Your AE Post-Install Walkthrough — What We Cover, What's Yours, What to Expect at 30/90/365 Days
The day after we finish, what happens? Here's our written warranty, the walkthrough we do at handoff, and the touch-points at 30, 90, and 365 days.

Handoff day
Project manager walks every surface, every fixture, every piece of equipment with you. We test every light, every valve, every burner. You sign off on a digital punch list — anything not perfect goes on the list and we stay until it's clear.
Your warranty binder
- Structural pool warranty — lifetime on shell.
- Pool interior finish — manufacturer term (typically 10–15 years on pebble).
- Equipment — manufacturer terms (Pentair/Jandy/Hayward 2–3 yrs, longer on premium).
- Pavers — lifetime structural; install workmanship 5 yrs.
- Outdoor kitchen — appliance manufacturer + 2 yr install workmanship.
- Glass fencing — workmanship and any product coverage stated in your signed scope and the manufacturer's written terms.
- Lighting — fixture manufacturer + 5 yr install workmanship.
- Plants — 1 yr live replacement.
30-day check-in
Where a 30-day visit is part of your purchased scope, a service tech returns to balance pool chemistry, service the items covered by that scope, and answer everything you've thought of in the first month. Glass-fence spigots, gate hardware and other safety hardware are adjusted only by AE or the manufacturer's authorized service — never by the homeowner.
90-day visit
Polymeric sand top-off if needed (some settling is normal in the first season). Sealer touch-up on travertine. Equipment firmware updates. Full system pressure test.
Annual visit
Annual visits are included when they are part of the plan or scope you purchased — full inspection, chemistry reset, equipment service, light fixture refresh, and a written report. If annual service is not in your signed scope, it can be added; check your agreement for what is included.
