How to read this table. Pool permit ranges cover typical residential in-ground shells with equipment and barrier scope. Landscape permit ranges cover hardscape, drainage, and irrigation scope; simple planting-only work is often exempt. Plan review is charged on top of the base permit and scales with project valuation.
Lead time is the interval from complete-submittal to permit issuance under normal load. Peak season (Feb – May) and revision cycles extend all of these.
HOA is separate. Most Maricopa County subdivisions require HOA architectural review before city intake. Add 2 – 6 weeks. AE handles HOA and municipal submittals for every full-service project.
